Payment Information:

Toolbaba accepts all major credit and debit cards. We also accept Paytm, Phonepe, GooglePay, BHIM, PayPal, Bank Wires and Check / Money Orders. Orders paid by check will be held until payment clears, usually 3-5 business days after deposit. Order Processing:

We strive to fulfill the order as soon as you place them. In most cases, material ex stock and your order will be sent to our delivery partner in 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Saturday. if not in stock delivery period will be intimated.(Force Majeure)

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 10 business days. But due to unforeseen circumstances weather, strikes, remote location, stocking issues, or any other reason- it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your packing using a unique link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Return Policy:

A Return Authorization is required prior to sending your order back to Toolbaba.

To request a Return Authorization please contact Toolbaba customer service at +91-7837334800 or [email protected] and have your order number or account information. As such we do not entertain return. but in special cases/request we may consider return as pur toolbaba will only.  

All returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery with a Return Authorization. Returned items must be new, in original packaging and show no signs of wear, damage, abuse or alteration. Failure to meet these conditions may cause your request for return credit to be denied. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping and 10% restocking fee.

If the issue was caused by Toolbaba (e.g. wrong item dispatched), we will arrange the return of the items.

If the issue was caused by the customer (e.g. ordered incorrectly), then the customer needs to arrange the return of the items.

Cancellation Policy:

A Cancellation Authorization is required prior to cancelling your order from Toolbaba.

To request a Cancellation Authorization please contact Toolbaba customer service at +91-7837334800 or [email protected] and have your order number or account information available. All cancellations are accepted within 1 business day after receipt of order. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less 10% restocking fee. Only ex stock supllies can be considered for return arranged item will not be return.

Refund Policy:

All refunds for cancellation and returns will be given in the original payment form (Credit/Debit Card, Paytm, PhonePe, GooglePay, BHIM, PayPal, Check etc.). Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we have received the product and it may take further 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on original payment mode. As mentioned above, return requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery and cancellation requests are accepted within 1 business day after receipt of order.
